Corporate Responsibilities
As an Analyst for the Sourcing and Acquisitions Team, Rich provides support to our managers and investors through valuations, reporting packages, and various other metrics. His efforts focus on underwriting investment portfolios and conducting market research. He has worked on numerous commercial real estate assets including industrial, office, and retail centers across the United States.

Experience
Rich joined the Asset Management Team in the Summer of 2021.

Education
Rich graduated from the University of Virginia in 2021 with a BA in Economics with a concentration in Industrial Organization and a BA in History.
